Resolutions

Why do we wait for one day a year to think about ourselves, how we can improve and then attempt to reset for a given period of time?

We all have things we can work on, and in most cases - we already subconsciously know what these are without much thought. The problem is many of us wait until we are supposed to do things or when things are supposed to happen to us. But life doesn't work that way. Life is all about what we make it.

Every day we can chose to do anything, we can choose to improve and try something new or remain mindless - waiting for that day to come.

What if you commit to a full year of resolutions - by tuning in and consciously working to become a better person every day? How could that impact your year and your life?
