The True Cost of Excess

Material possessions aren’t inherently bad, but excess is.

Because excess is a physical manifestation of clutter, a cluttered mind, a cluttered life, but clutter by definition is a crowded and confused mass.

In clutter, we live in confusion, but without it, we can focus. We find clarity.

When we start by letting go of material objects, we learn to release our grip on things that do not bring us joy, but more importantly, we develop a new mindset. A mindset that in time empowers us to let go of much deeper and more meaningful things until all that’s left is a life of pure joy and gratitude.
