Mindful Meditation

The world changes when we change our perspective, and a single shift can end suffering forever.

All we need is a little practice, practice in mindful meditation.

By practicing consciousness in the present moment, we become engulfed in raw sensations; sights, sounds, feelings, and thoughts.

And in time, we discover they are all entirely out of our control. All we have is awareness.

But awareness is our power because, from it, we gain perspective, and when it comes to thought, perspective is everything.

When we understand it, we can release it. We can see the negativity. We can stop the thoughts that do not serve us. We can end suffering.

All it takes is a little practice.
